On office cleans we usually do not clean any desks, cubicles or other workstations. If you would like us to clean keyboards, desktops, cubicle desktops or any other work are please let us know. We will require that your employees clean the top of their desks as we don’t want to move paperwork that is needed for you business.

When deciding on a cleaning with us, you will have the following choices:

·One time clean
·Once every other week
·Once a week cleaning (Usually Friday night or Saturday so it is spotless when you come in on Monday morning)
·Every night (or day) clean

Pricing will be determined on frequency, size of office/building as well as any special request that you might have. You will find that we are very competitive. We carry full liability insurance as well for your protection.

As for security, don’t worry. All of our employees have had a background check run by us prior to us hiring them. They also are subject to random drug screening. All jobs are inspected by management each night to ensure that the work is up to our high standards.

If there are any problems at all, please call the office and we will get someone out to your location to fix the problem ASAP.
While we do specialize in the smaller offices/buildings (under 20,000 sqft) no job is too big for us. Just call to request a quote. We are always looking to get on bidders list for large projects so please don’t hesitate to call.

We specialize in the smaller office cleanups. No matter if you need us every night or once a week on the weekend, we will be there for you to service your office cleaning needs. Our normal cleaning procedures for you office is:

·Empty all trashcans and replace the liner
·Take all trash out to the dumpster
·Vacuum all carpeted area
·Sweep/Vacuum and Mop all Hard Flooring
·Clean and disinfect all restrooms
·Dust reception area as needed
·Wipe down baseboards as needed
·Clean and disinfect break room
·Clean Sink in break room
·Wipe down outside of Refrigerator
·Clean inside and outside of Microwave
·Any other areas decided on before cleaning starts (ie. Interior windows, window sills, glass cubicle cleaning, etc.)
