What sets you apart from all the ads I see on Craigslist?

We are fully insured, pay taxes, and incorporated. While we have all of this we are still a local company that is family owned. So you get the best of both worlds, a professional cleaning service along with the small company charm.

Since we were started by a 20 year Army Veteran, we also know what “clean looks like”. The first few times you use our service, you will meet with the owner directly to discuss your needs. Heck, you will probably get him to do the cleaning as well. How cool is that? To have a former Army Drill Sergeant cleaning your home or office space.

What are my payment options?

We accept checks, money orders, cash and most major credit cards. Payment is due after cleaning is complete so if you are not going to be home when we clean, and you are not paying by credit card, then payment should be left on the counter or somewhere that is easily seen by our crew.

On commercial cleans we bill monthly with terms being NET 15. We offer a 5% discount if payment is made within 7 business days.

Do I pay taxes on cleaning?

In New York State, yes you do. When we do our quote it will include tax price as well so there are no hidden fees.

Do you hire illegal aliens?

No, all employees are verified through a background check as well as their I-9 form.

How fast can you get started?

As soon as possible. Depending on our schedule, we can sometime do cleanings the same day or the same evening if you want or need your office cleaned.

Are there any other hidden charges?

There are none for Commercial or Office Cleans. All charges are spelled out in your agreement.

The only other charges we have on residential cleanings are the $45 fee that we charge for not being able to get into your home. For example, we are scheduled to clean your house at 9:00am on a Friday. You told us the key was located under a plant on your patio but you forgot to leave it for us, thus we cant get in. You will be charged the $45. There is a $45 cancellation fee if you fail to cancel 24 hours in advance of your appointment.

Do you offer any guarantee?

Yes we stand by our work. If you are not satisfied in anyway, call the office and we will get someone out there the same day to fix the problem. We stand by our work.

My kid has allergies. Do you use Green Cleaning Products?

Yes we do. We are environmentally concious and most of our cleaning products are GREEN. If there are particular products that we cant use, please let us know (we will ask when doing your quote).
