Thank you for your interest in Spit Shine Cleaning Inc. We try to be the best Syracuse Cleaning Service in Onondaga County. Our tagline ‘We know what clean looks like’ isn’t just a slogan but the way we run our business.

Spit Shine Cleaning Inc. was formed as a family business by Rich and Anja Magnanti in an effort to help the community by offering a quality service at a reasonable rate. They know all aspects of cleaning and if they don’t, they will find out for you.

Rich Magnanti - President
Rich handles all the day to day operations of Spit Shine Cleaning Inc. After 20 years in the Army, he went to work in corporate America as an Operation Manager. It was during this time that he realized finding a good commercial cleaning company wasn’t always that easy. He managed 5 locations throughout New York State and the biggest complaint that he would get was the cleaning of his branch locations. So he saw an opportunity to offer a great service.

Rich is a true believer that cleaning teams should go unnoticed. In other words, a good clean should be expected each and every time. Consistency is the key. Do it the same, over and over again and the client will always be happy.

While Rich specializes in the Commercial side of things, he will also go out and clean your home himself. “Let us do the Dirty Work for you” is what Rich always says to prospected clients.

Anja Magnanti -Vice President
Anja handles most of our behind the scenes things such as accounting, HR, scheduling and marketing. As an Army spouse, she is an expert at Appartment/Home Move In and Move Out cleanings. Because of all of the moves that they made in the Army, Anja held down the fort at home to clean the apartment/house in order to get 100% of her deposit back. EVERY TIME.

She was also in charge of finding a new place to live as well. She could usually tell within 5 minutes if she wanted to rent a place because of its cleanliness (or lack of).
